During our class time, we've been discussing what the word resolution means. According to Merriam Webster, it's definition means, "a formal expression of opinion, will, or intent voted by an official body or assembled group" (Merriam Webster online, 2014).
As a class, we've been busy naming various resolutions our families have been talking about at home (getting fit, eating healthy, reading more, etc.). Eating healthy foods was the number one response for our class! In light of that, I have attached a link to Calorie King, an informative & interactive nutritional database. The link can be found by clicking here: Calories in Food. The site is searchable by restaurant, food brand, or food category. I encourage you to check it out. Some of the information is shocking!
